About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a fast-paced, customer-centric team focused on delivering personalized digital experiences at scale. In this role, you will contribute to the development of full-stack solutions that power marketing and personalization initiatives across web platforms. You will work within a modern MarTech ecosystem, helping to build and maintain customer-facing features, support data-driven experiences, and ensure the reliability of high-traffic user journeys.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain customer-facing features using React, Next.js, and Java/Spring Boot.
* MarTech Integration: Support the integration of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and other marketing technologies.
* Work with event-driven architectures, including message publishing, data pipelines, and event consumption.
* Contribute to solutions that enable targeting and personalized customer experiences.
* Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with product and engineering teams.
* Develop reliable, scalable systems that support high-volume traffic and transactions.
* Contribute to micro-frontend SPA architectures and composable web platforms (e.g., Netlify, Vercel).
* Ensure maintainable, well-tested code aligned with engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications
* Strong experience working with modern frontend technologies such as React, Next.js, and JavaScript.
* Strong experience with backend development using Java/Spring Boot.
* Understanding of API development and system integrations.
* Foundational knowledge of event-driven systems, message queues, and data pipelines.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
* Understanding of digital product development and user experience principles.
* Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Nice To Have Skills
* Familiarity with MarTech concepts, including content management, targeting, and personalization.
* Experience with CMS platforms such as Contentful.
* Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) such as Segment.io.
* Exposure to personalization tools and strategies.
* Experience working with event pipelines, serverless functions, or data streaming systems.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), and containerization (Kubernetes).
* Experience in subscription-based or e-commerce platforms.
