Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute revenue-generating sales strategies, consistently surpassing targets.
* Demonstrate a strong track record in closing deals and negotiating commercial agreements.
* Gain a deep understanding of customer needs through thorough regional market analysis.
* Conduct technical demonstrations of our equipment and solutions for physicians, clinics, and medical professionals.
* Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the development of key opinion leaders.
* Identify, participate in, and represent Quartier Latin at industry events, congresses, and trade fairs.
* Collaborate to reach team goals and achieve individual sales targets.
* Prospect, engage, and build strong relationships with new potential clients.
* Ensure exceptional post-sales support, delivering solid and lasting customer relationships.
* Expand the client base, fostering sustainable business growth.
Requirements
* Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus)
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years' experience in sales—preferably in aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, and/or dermatology
* Hands-on experience with medical devices/equipment or clinical photography software
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Exceptional client service approach
* Proactivity, organization, and the ability to self-manage in a dynamic, lean team environment
* Availability for frequent travel

Salary/Commission: Competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Location: Belo Horizonte/MG or Brasília/DF
Reports to: Sales Director Americas
Travel: 50–75% within the designated region
