**YOUR ROLE**:
- Develops strategy and action plan for specific area of responsibility;
- Implements sales strategy with the help of the local sales team/his/her direct reports;
- Establishes and maintains strong commercial relations with major accounts;
- Achieves sales and distribution targets and monitors key KPIs;
- Trains and coaches the sales team for sales excellence;
- Utilizes resources and marketing tools to develop sell-through marketing strategies for customers.
**YOUR SKILLS**:
- Bachelor's degree Graduation Completed - MBA/ Post Graduation is a plus;
- Strong Experience on B2B Sales;
- Knowledge about the sales process of Mining or O&G industry;
- Advanced English is a must;
- Knowledge on CRM;
- Experience with distributors;
- Great Leadership skills;
- Persuasion and negotiation skills;
- Active listening; Organization; Sense of responsibility; Great Communication; and Team Building;
- Analytical Thinking;
- Valid drivers license;
- This role will be responsible for the Brazil regions**:Southeast (minus SP), Midwest, North and North East;**
- This is an external sales position, working home office, travelling around the regions to meet clients: Travel up to 50% of the time.
- This position can be based in any capital within the regions of responsibility.
