Job Title: Senior Business Transformation Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Senior Business Transformation Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying business needs and developing strategies to drive transformation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Eliciting and documenting requirements through effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
2. MAPPING processes and defining acceptance criteria to ensure seamless delivery.
3. Gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
4. Defining metrics and success criteria for proof-of-concept (PoC) implementation.
5. Creating test cases and performing functional validation in the final phase.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience as a Business Analyst in mobility projects and/or system integration.
* Knowledge of agile methods and management tools such as Jira and Azure Boards.
* Advanced English language skills.
