About the Role
We are looking for Application Support Team Lead, who wants to learn and transform his career.
Responsibilities
* Lead the ASM team in daily direction-setting, demand prioritization, and act as the primary escalation point.
* Conduct triage of high‑visibility incidents, ensuring clear and timely communication with both IT and Business teams.
* Prioritize incidents and changes together with Business areas and IT capabilities (Incident/Change Prioritization).
* Manage relationships with multiple vendors (multi‑vendor), ensuring high‑performance service delivery.
* Review ticket flow by portfolio and monitor RCA (Root Cause Analysis), weekly meetings, and delivery metrics.
* Translate business problems into technical requirements to accelerate issue resolution.
* Perform code reviews for changes (major/minor) and validate deployment packages/release installation plans.
* Coordinate operational artifacts: Stability Assessment, knowledge documents, KEDB, and monthly Service Delivery reports.
* Actively participate in Command Center operations and in Incident/Problem/RCA Management forums.
* Lead productivity programs and preventive maintenance initiatives within Support & Operations.
* Ensure adherence to processes and controls, applying ITIL and SDLC best practices.
* Present monthly results (KPIs/SLAs) to IT and Business leadership.
* Perform operational activities when necessary.
Mandatory Requirements
* 8+ years of experience leading IT solution delivery (ASM, AMS, Application Operations, or related areas).
* Proven experience in managing critical incidents, prioritization, and executive communication.
* Experience working with multiple vendors and enterprise ecosystems (e.G., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft).
* Strong knowledge of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge) and SDLC.
* Ability to mentor teams, lead operational ceremonies, and present monthly metrics.
