What You'll Be Doing
Develop and maintain commercial relationships with clients, distributors, and market players across Brazil and LATAM
Serve as the local market intelligence lead — reporting trends, competitor moves, and regional activity
Represent the brand with customers, port operators, shipping agents, and distributors
Manage a member of the operations team and coordinate closely with finance and HQ
What You'll Bring
2–3 years' experience in the fertilizer sector (urea, ammonium sulfate, phosphates)
Strong working knowledge of shipping terms, trade flows, and fertilizer distribution
Excellent relationship-building skills and a commercially focused mindset
Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an asset
