* Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates for technical roles (mostly full-stack Python developers).
* Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, handling high volumes of roles and opportunities.
* Use best-in-class tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox) to drive sourcing, outreach, and candidate engagement.
* Work towards aggressive hiring targets; the harder you work, the more you earn (uncapped commissions).
* Maintain recruiting metrics, track performance, and continuously improve sourcing and conversion rates.
We are looking for someone with:
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Proven experience in high-volume technical recruiting.
* Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and modern recruiting tech stack.
* Ability to manage multiple roles, pipelines, and priorities simultaneously.
* A proven ability to thrive in a commission-rich environment.
