Business Growth Specialist
The primary focus of this role is to expand and develop existing customer relationships, capitalize on new business opportunities, and build strong connections with key decision-makers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and implement account strategies aimed at achieving revenue growth and customer satisfaction objectives.
* Maintain robust relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
* Pursue and explore new business prospects within existing client bases.
* Regularly review accounts and provide insightful business reports.
* Collaborate closely with other departments to support customer success.
Sales Performance:
* Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
* Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
* Negotiate and finalize deals efficiently.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and customer onboarding.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a sales role.
- Experience with long sales cycles and complex projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and enterprise IT environments.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
