We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and contribute to our talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate is a student with at least one year remaining before graduation and possesses advanced English language skills.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.• Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels.• Participate in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.• Communicate with candidates and provide timely updates on their application status.• Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.• Attend career fairs and networking events to represent the company and attract potential candidates.Qualifications:• Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least one year remaining before graduation.• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Previous experience in a similar role or environment is a plus, but not required.OSF Digital is an equal opportunity employer.
