About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Cycle Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to find qualified candidates.
* Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.
* Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with account managers and sales to align hiring strategies with client needs.
* Promoting Employer Brand: Highlight our company culture, values, and benefits through recruitment campaigns.
* Hiring Compliance: Ensure all legal and internal hiring policies are followed.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the ATS and report on recruitment metrics.
* Talent Pipeline Development: Build a pool of qualified candidates ready for future roles.
* Candidate Support: Serve as the main point of contact for questions and updates.
* Meet Outreach Goals: Achieve weekly targets for calls, emails, and candidate engagement.
Requirements:
* Languages: Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required.
* Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks.
* Experience: Previous experience in tech recruitment is an asset.
