About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Project Manager Intern to support our technology team in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, work with cross-functional teams, and learn industry best practices in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and coordination of IT projects from initiation to delivery
* Support project managers in defining scope, timelines, and deliverables
* Track project progress and help maintain project documentation (plans, reports, meeting notes)
* Participate in team meetings and provide status updates
* Help identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation plans
* Collaborate with developers, designers, and business stakeholders
* Assist in organizing project-related communications and documentation
* Support the use of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar)
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Basic understanding of project management concepts (Agile/Scrum is a plus)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace
* Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
* Experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.)
* Basic technical knowledge (software development lifecycle, APIs, etc.)
