In the pursuit of business excellence, RateGain seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead its European market expansion. This vital role demands an individual with profound expertise in Latam hotel chains' functions and operations, as well as a deep understanding of the technology solutions adopted by these chains.
As Director, you will be responsible for forging strategic alliances with regional and local partners, defining and executing a partnership roadmap aligned with RateGain's GTM strategy in LATAM. Your primary objective will be to identify co-marketing, co-selling, and integration opportunities with key players in the hospitality and travel ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Establishing and nurturing partnerships with RMS, PMS, booking engines, and OTAs.
 * Developing and implementing a comprehensive partnership strategy in line with RateGain's business objectives.
 * Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal) to structure and execute partnership agreements.
 * Promoting RateGain's brand and solutions at industry events and partnership meetings.
To excel in this position, you will need:
 * A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
 * No less than 5 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships.
You will possess:
 * In-depth knowledge of the LATAM hospitality and travel technology ecosystem.
 * An understanding of SaaS business models and partnership structures.
 * Awareness of regional trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape in the travel and hospitality sectors.
Your skillset should include:
 * Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
 
 * Ability to identify, pitch, and convert strategic partnership opportunities.
 * Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
