We are seeking a skilled video editor to join our team. As a video editor, you will play a critical role in transforming raw footage into high-impact content for clients in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
* Edit and deliver multiple high-quality videos every week, maintaining a 72-hour turnaround time
* Communicate daily with the team and promptly address any concerns or issues
* Collaborate with team members to create engaging promotional content from long-form edits
* Report progress daily and align priorities to maintain seamless workflows
* Conduct competitor analysis and trend research to stay ahead of industry standards
* Keep project files and asset management well-organized and up-to-date
* Share editing resources with other team members
* Identify potential challenges early and communicate solutions effectively
* Provide feedback on raw footage to the production team for improved outcomes
* Contribute to data collection, video retention graphs, and post-mortem reviews for continuous improvement
* Offer constructive revision feedback to other team members on their edits
* Monitor client channels for performance metrics and optimization opportunities

Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of professional editing experience
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is a plus
* Solid foundation in motion graphics, or a willingness to quickly learn and integrate on-brand graphics
* A portfolio showcasing your best work (required)
* Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
* Ability to balance speed and quality and align with brand standards and overall creative direction
* Eagerness to experiment with new tools, workflows, and approaches to stay ahead
