Responsabilidades e Atribuições
Realizar o acompanhamento em tempo real dos sistemas, aplicações e infraestrutura de TI;
Monitorar alarmes, eventos e indicadores de desempenho;
Atuar no registro, análise e encaminhamento de incidentes e chamados para as áreas responsáveis;
Qualificações e Requisitos
Experiência prévia em monitoramento de sistemas ou operações de TI;
Conhecimento em ferramentas de monitoramento (Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios ou similares); Conhecimentos de redes TCP/IP e Banco de dados nivel 1;
Disponibilidade para início imediato.
