From management Systems Global projects, you'll be leading high-impact programs and enabling performance improvements across regions.ResponsibilitiesMain responsibilities: Control Centralization Program strategy evolution and KPIs. Follow up on actual financial results of Projects and initiatives with different level of granularity: by zone, by location, by function, by initiative, prepare factor analyses of Actual and Forecast deviation from plan Control project resources, capex spend and cost allocation. Control Program and Project Status in all zones Develop Project objectives aligned with 1 YP and strategic goals. Report KPI´s and excellence Program adherence Manage Global KPI´s and support and collaborate with Projects. Manage stakeholders and own communication plan. Documentation skills PrerequisitesTechnical Skills and Experience: Availability to travel different countries Leadership, ambition and works under pressure. Spanish and English required Business Administration, engineering, Financial, Project management or similar graduation Project management 3 years experience (leading or collaborating) ABI 3-5 years experience in centralized operations such as BSC´s or Headquarters (desired). Required 3 years of experience with Logistics (planning, transportation, last mile etc) Strong communication skills Strong stakeholder management skills Strong analytical skills Strong presentation skills (Power Point). Excel required and proof of advanced skills (Pivot Table, Power Query, Dynamic Chart). Microsoft Power BI required and proof of advanced skills. Project Management Tools (Gantt charts, stakeholders management) Knowledge of the Supply Chain Process Familiarity with Business Process Optimization (Six Sigma, Lean) Experience in Business Process Mapping Experience working with a Technical Team. Self-Motivated Team Player with Strong Organizational, Planning and Interpersonal Skills Manage time and priorities effectively with ability to handle multiple tasks and projects in fast paced environment Keen sense of initiative, agility and adaptability in a constantly changing environment. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Teams, Outlook) Interest in learning new technologies Background in Project Management. Leadership & Collaboration: Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with ability to influence global stakeholders. Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities. Ability to work autonomously in evolving structures and thrive in dynamic settings. Languages: Required Fluent in English. (capable of influence important stakeholders).
