We are seeking a proactive and dynamic professional to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role requires identifying and assessing different profiles (Technical and Non-technical) to ensure seamless talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Review online information of candidates to assess their general fit and qualifications.
 * Contact candidates through phone calls, Skype, LinkedIn or mail to validate their interest and motivate them to participate in the selection process.
 * Schedule internal interviews, send invites and keep system records updated to facilitate smooth communication.
 * Interview candidates to assess their qualifications by validating their profile, experience, interests, commitment, logic and common sense questions.
 * Schedule and confirm technical interviews to evaluate candidate technical skills.
 * Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure timely updates and clear expectations.
Requirements:
 * Minimum 2 years of work experience in recruitment or a related field.
 * Excellent communication skills, especially in listening and persuasion to build strong relationships with candidates.
 * Strong time management and organization skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
 * Flexibility and adaptability to handle constant changes and evolving requirements.
 * Working experience in online and phone sales techniques is an asset.
 * Knowledge in IT Industry head-hunting is an added advantage.
 * Advanced English Level required for effective communication.
