Senior Project Lead
This is a senior-level position that oversees multiple projects, manages cross-functional teams, and drives project delivery through Agile methodologies and effective project management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead high-performing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
* Develop comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals.
* Maintain visibility into project status, adjust targets as needed, and ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Frequent travel to client sites may be required.
* Prior experience in the Oil and Gas industry is highly desirable.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are preferred qualifications.
