As we grow, we're looking for a Remote Digital Marketing Specialistwho can help us execute, refine, and scale our marketing efforts across multiple channels. About the Role This is ahands-on, execution-focused marketing role. You won't just be "managing"—you'll be building, launching, testing, and improving. You'll work directly with ownership and leadership. Our owner has a strong background in marketing and will continue to lead overall strategy—but we need a reliable, capable person to help execute, support, and bring ideas to life consistently. What You'll Be Doing We create marketing style funnels for both new clients and recruiting employees. You will be supporting our efforts in both.We need someone with the ability to: Build and manage campaigns insideGo High Level (GHL) Create and schedule social media content(Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Assist withpaid advertising campaigns(Meta & Google Ads) Update and manage content on ourWordPress website Design basic marketing assets (ads, flyers, social posts, etc.) Write or assist with email and SMS campaigns Help develop landing pages and funnels Monitor performance and suggest improvements Support new marketing ideas and test campaigns What We're Looking For You don't need to be a 10/10 in everything—but you should be comfortable across the board.
