The Role of a Sales and Business Development Representative

o Research and identify potential clients and industries to target.
o Develop and execute outreach campaigns using email, phone calls, and social media.

* Sales Strategy and Execution:
o Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
o Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
o Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
* Client Relationship Management:
o Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

o Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless handoff and excellent client onboarding experience.
* Market Representation and Brand Promotion:
o Represent firm as a trusted partner for outsourced bookkeeping and tax services.
o Participate in virtual networking events and webinars to connect with potential clients and partners.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
* Reporting and Administration:
