Project Leadership & Strategic Problem Solving Own end-to-end delivery of advisory engagements, ensuring clarity of scope, structure, and direction. Translate complex client challenges into structured workstreams, analytical frameworks, and actionable plans. Guide hypothesis generation and validate assumptions with Associates, Analysts, and the Market Lead. Maintain strong understanding of market dynamics, regulatory changes, and client context to ensure relevance. 2. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders during engagement execution. Ensure alignment on expectations, deliverables, timelines, risks, and decisions throughout the project. Lead client meetings and progress reviews with confidence and clarity. Handle sensitive conversations regarding scope changes, priorities, or timelines with professionalism. Build and deepen long‑term client relationships by delivering consistent value. 3. Oversight of Analytical Excellence & Deliverables Ensure all analytical work meets high standards of rigor, coherence, and strategic depth. Review major deliverables—modelling outputs, insights, and slides—with a critical and integrative perspective. Own the storyline and narrative of final presentations, ensuring insights flow logically to recommendations. Guarantee visual and conceptual quality across all client‑facing materials. Make decisive calls on analytical approach, messaging, and recommendations. 4. Leadership, Mentorship & Team Development Lead and inspire Associates and Analysts to deliver high‑quality work. Provide structured coaching on problem‑solving, communication, modelling, and client engagement. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team. Identify growth needs and coordinate with the Market Lead on development paths. Role‑model maturity, ownership, and a constructive mindset. 5. Commercial Leadership & Business Development Proposal & Scoping Leadership Lead end‑to‑end proposal creation, including scope definition, methodology, timeline, and pricing. Develop strong value propositions aligned with client needs and strategic priorities. Ensure proposals are structured, compelling, and commercially sound. Pipeline Development & Client Engagement Work closely with the Market Lead to shape advisory pipeline and commercial strategy. Participate in early‑stage discussions to identify client needs and qualify opportunities. Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across Aurora’s portfolio. Represent Aurora in client conversations and industry engagements when required. 6. Internal Leadership & Knowledge Building Lead development of advisory methodologies, processes, templates, and reusable IP. Drive cross‑project learning through structured debriefs and knowledge‑sharing. Improve internal delivery processes, documentation standards, and operational discipline. Contribute to thought leadership and strengthen internal expertise on key topics. 7. Ownership, Professionalism & Delivery Discipline Serve as final owner of quality, timeline, and client satisfaction for all led projects. Work with structured planning, version control, transparent workflows, and predictable execution. Navigate pressure with calmness, judgment, and decisive leadership. Uphold high standards of ethics, accountability, and client service. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 5–10 years of experience in consulting, advisory, strategy, investment, analytics, or related fields. Proven track record leading teams and managing end‑to‑end client engagements. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with comfort handling complex datasets or models. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills in Portuguese and English. Demonstrated experience leading proposals, scoping work, and participating in commercial discussions. Strong client management skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders. Advanced PowerPoint proficiency; strong competency in Excel or analytical tools. Experience with Python (for analytical workflows or QC) is a strong plus. Energy‑sector experience (optional but highly valuable) – power markets, renewables, regulation, infrastructure.
