Job Position: Home Care Coordinator, Patient Scheduling Specialist, Patient Advocate
Work Arrangement: Remote Opportunity – Based in the Philippines or LATAM

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage caregiver schedules to ensure continuous client coverage and seamless care delivery.
* Handle inbound and outbound scheduling calls and texts from caregivers, clients, and agencies with professionalism and efficiency.
* Utilize scheduling and EMR systems as well as proprietary platforms to document updates accurately and avoid missed calls or service disruptions.
* Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively to maintain 24/7 coverage and minimize gaps in client support.
* Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth handoffs across shifts and optimize team performance.
* Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to improve scheduling processes and technology usage.
Requirements:
* 1–2+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare operations, patient coordination, or provider support roles.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with physicians, clinic staff, or healthcare providers.
* Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling systems.
* Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms; comfortable working with AI-driven tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills to resolve urgent scheduling conflicts and make data-driven decisions.
* Past experience working with U.S.-based teams in a remote role setup.
