Position Profile
You will be responsible for building your sales pipeline and introducing and selling our product line to customers and prospects. You will cultivate new business to generate opportunities including defining/qualifying sales opportunities, determining engagement scope and cost projections, and formulating potential solutions based on client requirements. The candidate will engage with Directors and C-level contacts and drive the sales cycle in medium and enterprise organizations. You must work independently to achieve sales goals. A business plan is expected and should be updated regularly to track growth and territory strategy. You will liaison between Omni, partners, and customers. A full understanding of Digital Transformation, Modernization Enterprise Solutions and Services is required.
Responsibilities
* Prospecting for new business and upgrading existing clients
* Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
* Complete customer requirements analysis
* Identify pain points for prospects and accounts
* Communicate with technology partners
* Obtain and exceed assigned quota
* Prepare and update business plan
* Proficient understanding and utilization of sales reporting
* Manage your territory and follow described fulfillment processes
* Ensure and submit proper, accurate, timely and complete sales and service orders
* Provide product/services demonstrations and presentations online/on premise
* Oversee proper implementation and hand-off of client from sales to services
* Maintain industry and competitive knowledge
* Respond to opportunities and RFIs/RFPs
* Attend and complete training requirements
* Maintain knowledge across Cloud, Digital Transformation, IT Infrastructure, Data, Security, ERP, Mobility, and related areas
Required Qualifications
* Valid Passport and native/fluent English
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Minimum five years in Technology Solutions Sales across multiple technologies
* Experience managing an open territory to drive new sales
* Experience building senior leadership and C-Level relationships
* Strong sales skills and complex solution selling ability
* Proven ability to achieve high sales volumes
* Four or more recent Sales/Technical Certifications (Business Development / Pre-Sales)
* Excellent written and verbal communication
