Job Title: Agile Coach Professional
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team and support the continuous improvement of Agile practices within our Product & Engineering environment. This is a hands-on role, ideal for professionals who are comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
This position involves facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles, supporting and guiding one Scrum team, and partnering with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery. Additionally, you will assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices, identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress, and foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies
* Support and guide one Scrum team
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach
* Assist with SAFe practice implementation
* Identify and remove impediments
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2+ years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are a strong plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
