Business Development Manager - LATAM
This role is responsible for driving growth across LATAM by selling nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
The position involves:
1. Managing and growing key accounts across LATAM, building senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
2. Developing and executing country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business.
3. Presenting nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans.
4. Collaborating with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
5. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).
The ideal candidate should have:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* A strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries.
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, with English as a plus.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred).
