Job Overview
The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow as a comprehensive IT platform.
This individual will be instrumental in architecting, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow configurations, ensuring seamless integration with various IT systems.
* Provide strategic guidance on architectural decisions for ServiceNow configuration and development.
* Lead and collaborate with external partners responsible for ServiceNow development and application management.
* Assume ownership of configuration, development, and administration tasks within ServiceNow.
* Forge close working relationships with key stakeholders, including the Enterprise Architect, Process Owners, and DSM ServiceNow, to align with strategic roadmaps and project scopes.
The role will serve as a trusted advisor on architectural and configuration decisions across a wide range of modules, including SPM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, VR, custom apps, integrations, and more, ensuring ServiceNow meets the needs of a modern, integrated IT landscape.
