Nutraceutical Sales Specialist - LATAM
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth across the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have expertise in selling nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries, with a proven track record of building high-quality pipelines and long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
• Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business.
• Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect share.
• Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
• Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
• Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
• Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries.
• Language: Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is a plus.
• Self-starter comfortable working remotely; excellent territory/time management.
• Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM.
