Key Responsibilities
* Gather and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders, clarifying their needs, and translating them into functional specifications for Salesforce implementations.
* Analyze data and prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations by collecting and analyzing business data and CRM trends.
* Design and configure Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals by collaborating with IT and stakeholders.
* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare training materials, and facilitate learning sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
* Communicate effectively with business leaders, project managers, developers, and end-users to ensure requirements are fully understood and solutions deliver maximum value.
Requirements
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Quote, Order, and Contract Management.
* Business case writing, wireframing, and flow diagramming.
* Salesforce configuration and administration.
* Basic programming/scripting skills in Apex and SOQL.
