Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support all aspects of the sales operations team, including sales order processing, order fulfillment, and logistics. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong organizational, time management, and decision-making skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced startup environment. Excellent communication skills with both the ability and desire to provide superior levels of service to internal and external customers are required. A candidate must have prior experience in sales order or fulfillment management within a mid-size or larger company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the sales operations team to provide rapid processing and fulfillment of customer orders to meet the required delivery dates.
* Manage the creation, submission, and review of stock and custom orders to ensure accurate and rapid fulfillment by the company's warehouses.
* Work with shipping carriers to arrange deliveries and track shipments; manage the merchandise return process.
* Support cross-departmental workflows and use independent decision making to ensure efficient allocation of orders across warehouses to optimize stock levels.
* Develop, optimize, and document standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective workflows.
* Analyze compliance requirements for fulfillment of new products and customer orders; manage the production of compliance documents for domestic and international customers.
* Support and help troubleshoot all inventory discrepancies and work with the company's warehouse to determine solutions.
* Identify opportunities for application of automation technologies and work with IT to develop implementation strategies and project plans.
* Manage and resolve internal and external customer issues/requests to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while minimizing cost impacts.
* Track and achieve KPIs and performance targets for sales operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of successful sales operations experience.
* Advanced English language proficiency.
* Experience in order processing, fulfillment, logistics, and customer issue resolution.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions.
* Strong planning, organizational, communication, and management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range: 1,500 - 2,000 USD / month.
