What you'll do:
* Identify opportunities for task creation in collaboration with business units within our BEES ecosystem;
* Map the daily routines of BDRs in each market, pinpointing critical issues and opportunities for standardization and improvement;
* Use these mappings to continuously develop and update the Standard Task Pool, ensuring alignment with local needs and global guidelines;
* Support task creation, ensuring processes meet deadlines agreed upon with the teams;
* Monitor performance indicators related to created tasks and propose actions for continuous improvement and increased operational efficiency.
What you'll need:
* Experience in field operations, process mapping, or related roles;
* Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities;
* Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with different departments and markets;
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused;
* Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
* Analytical mindset and data-driven approach;
* Adaptability to change and a commitment to continuous learning;
* Fluent in English and Portuguese; intermediate Spanish is a plus.
