SAP S/4HANA FICO AMS ConsultantLocation: Brazil (Remote)Duration: Long TermKey ResponsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 production support for SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) modules.Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions for recurring system issues.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities with finance teams.Handle critical finance incidents and communicate updates to business and IT stakeholders.Support and troubleshoot SAP FI modules including:General Ledger (FI-GL)Accounts Payable (FI-AP)Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)Asset Accounting (FI-AA)Bank Accounting and Electronic Bank StatementsProvide support for Controlling (CO) processes during closing cycles including:Material LedgerCost Center AccountingProfit Center AccountingAllocations and settlementsAnalyze integration issues between finance and logistics processes such as FI-MM and FI-SD integrations.Deliver minor system enhancements and configuration updates within the AMS support scope.Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).Participate in change management and release processes.Maintain high-quality documentation aligned with audit and compliance standards.Required Skills & Experience7–10 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or application support.Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.Proven experience in Application Management Support (AMS) or production support environments.Solid knowledge of FI modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.Working knowledge of SAP CO processes, especially Material Ledger and month-end close activities.Experience handling incident management, problem management, and service requests.Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.Understanding of Brazil localization, taxes, and statutory financial requirements is highly desirable.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is a plus.
