Senior Account Manager Remote (US Time Zones Preferred) | Full-Time About the CompanyA rapidly growing, product-led company is building AI-powered platforms to help teams automate and scale high-impact workflows across marketing, sales, and customer operations.
Founded by experienced operators from top-performing startups and backed by leading investors, the company operates fully remotely with a global team and presence in San Francisco, New York, and Montevideo.
The RoleThe company is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead post-sale client relationships, drive success outcomes, and support expansion across key accounts.
This role is ideal for a strategic and customer-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is motivated by helping clients extract maximum value from modern AI solutions.
ResponsibilitiesManage the full post-sale client lifecycle—from onboarding through renewal and expansionServe as the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-value accountsDevelop a strong understanding of client goals, workflows, and product usageMonitor account health and proactively address churn risks and growth opportunitiesConduct regular check-ins, strategic reviews, and planning sessions with clientsPartner with product and engineering teams to surface insights and advocate for customer needsSupport upsell and cross-sell efforts by identifying aligned growth opportunitiesMaintain accurate records and activity tracking in CRM and internal systems Qualifications3–5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or strategic client partnershipsProven success managing complex B2B relationships with multiple stakeholdersStrong communication and presentation skills; capable of leading client conversations with confidenceHighly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environmentCommercial mindset with the ability to spot expansion opportunitiesExperience working with SaaS, AI, or automation products preferredFamiliarity with tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, Slack, and modern CRM platformsAbility to work independently while collaborating across remote teams Why This Role MattersThe Senior Account Manager will play a foundational role in shaping the company's customer success function.
