Operations Manager Role
The Operations Manager is a key position in our organization, responsible for managing day-to-day operations and team integration.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Facilitating team meetings, tracking KPIs, and managing tools like Zenoti and Shopify.
* Coordinating marketing tasks across departments and overseeing submission and organization of marketing materials.
* Supporting social media efforts, writing simple copy, and monitoring engagement.
This role requires strong integrator and operational management skills, with experience supporting C-level or founder executives in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will be a natural problem solver, think critically, communicate clearly, and keep everything on track with calm precision and care for the brand image.
Requirements
* Minimum 100 Mbps internet speed, Windows 11 or MacOS 15 Sequoia, Intel i5 8th gen or Apple M1 chip.
* Webcam, headset, and designated quiet office space.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with EOS framework.
* Design knowledge for editing branded visual assets.
* Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Notion, or ClickUp.
