Description We are looking for a skilled and people-oriented DevOps Engineer to join our team at Cloud. If you thrive in collaborative environments, take pride in reliable infrastructure, and love working closely with development teams to build great products, this could be the right challenge for you. As part of our growing team, you will help us scale cloud infrastructure across new client projects while maintaining the quality and reliability standards our customers depend on. Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS As a DevOps Engineer at Cloud, you work at the intersection of infrastructure and software delivery. You collaborate daily with development teams, ensuring that pipelines, environments, and cloud infrastructure support fast, reliable, and secure releases. You design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines independently (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and manage cloud infrastructure across multi-cloud environments — our customers run on Azure, AWS, GCP, and beyond. We are looking for someone with solid, hands-on Azure experience to strengthen that balance within the team, while the ability to operate confidently across other providers is always valued. You apply Infrastructure as Code principles using Terraform and Ansible, follow GitOps practices to manage infrastructure and application state declaratively (ArgoCD, Flux, or equivalent), and operate Kubernetes clusters (AKS, EKS, GKE, or equivalent), handling deployments, scaling, and cost optimization. You are responsible for configuring and maintaining monitoring and alerting stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Datadog, New Relic), responding to incidents, leading root cause analysis, and writing clear post-mortems. Security is part of your daily workflow: IAM, RBAC, secret management, and network security are not afterthoughts. Beyond the technical side, you proactively engage with developers early in delivery cycles, understand the customer's business context, and shape infrastructure decisions that are genuinely fit for purpose — not just technically sound. You help reduce friction in the delivery pipeline and contribute to documentation and internal runbooks. Prerequisites REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Good proficiency in English — Medior B2 (mandatory) / Senior C1 (mandatory) 3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or SRE Strong experience with Azure in production environments (AWS or GCP experience is a meaningful plus) Solid command of Kubernetes and container orchestration (AKS, EKS, or GKE) Proven IaC experience with Terraform and/or Ansible Familiarity with GitOps workflows and tooling (ArgoCD, Flux, or equivalent) Experience operating monitoring and observability stacks Ownership mindset: takes full responsibility for CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure changes Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of working alongside software developers Able to write clear documentation, post-mortems, and runbooks Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Experiences IT WOULD BE AN EXTRA BOOST TO YOUR APPLICATION IF YOU HAVE: Experience with DevSecOps practices — security scanning integrated into pipelines (SAST/DAST), policy-as-code, secrets management at scale, or container image vulnerability assessment Experience designing and implementing an observability stack from scratch — setting up Prometheus Grafana Loki, Datadog, New Relic, or equivalent; defining SLIs/SLOs; building dashboards and alerting strategies that reflect what actually matters to the business Exposure to GCP in addition to Azure and/or AWS Microsoft Azure or Kubernetes certifications (AZ-104, AZ-400, CKA, etc.) Experience in a leadership or informal leadership role — mentoring junior engineers, driving technical decisions, or showing initiative in owning team processes and delivery standards
