We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Design responsive web pages, funnels, and digital experiences inside Figma with a strong focus on UX and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
* Translate briefs, calls, and project scopes into beautiful, intuitive wireframes and hi-fidelity mockups.
* Iterate designs based on feedback from clients, marketing leads, and performance data.
* Collaborate with developers or web builders (Webflow/WordPress) to ensure faithful implementation of your designs.
* Balance aesthetics with function – your work should not only look good but convert well.
* Work quickly and adaptively in a fast-paced environment with multiple ongoing design requests.
* Maintain brand consistency while customizing for each client's audience, product, and funnel goals.

Requirements:
* Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio of web and mobile UI/UX projects.

* Ability to deliver fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality.
* Highly intuitive and a good listener who can translate loose ideas or client feedback into clear, impactful designs.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
* Familiarity with WordPress and/or Webflow (basic structure, limitations, or how devs implement your designs).
* Experience in light copywriting or structuring narrative-based landing pages.
* Comfort working across multiple brands or industries simultaneously.
