About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Tech Recruiter to join our team. As a Tech Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring.
Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing and Screening: Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to find qualified candidates. Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Candidate Management: Schedule and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams. Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
* Hiring Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with account managers and sales to align hiring strategies with client needs.
* Employer Branding: Highlight company culture, values, and benefits through recruitment campaigns.
* Compliance and Data Management: Follow all legal and internal hiring policies. Maintain accurate records in the ATS and report on recruitment metrics.
* Talent Pipelining: Keep a pool of qualified candidates ready for future roles.
* Candidate Support: Be the main point of contact for questions and updates.
* Outreach Goals: Achieve weekly targets for calls, emails, and candidate engagement.
Requirements
* Languages: Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
* Communication and Organization: Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Recruitment Experience: Experience in tech recruitment is a plus.
