📊 What You’ll Do
Reporting to the EWBR Finance Manager, you will:
* Drive digital finance transformation by implementing tools like Microsoft D365 and Power BI.
* Monitor production design, raw materials, and methods to assess their impact on cost.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management processes.
* Develop and execute our tax strategy to ensure compliance and minimize exposure.

✅ What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (CPA is a strong plus).
* 5+ years’ experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
* Strong expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and cost control.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, D365, or Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI).
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
* A track record of driving process improvements and delivering results.
* Advanced English
