Product Designer - Lead End-to-End Design Processes

About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Product Designer to lead our product design team. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
* Lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
* Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
* Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate with international teams;
* Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools;
* Deep expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle;
