Job Description
We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have more than three years of experience as a Scrum Master and over four years of experience in the IT industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding teams in mastering Scrum practices, leading Scrum events, collaborating with Product Owners, removing obstacles, and fostering self-organization and positive teamwork.
The role requires excellent communication skills, fluency in Spanish, and advanced English language proficiency.
