Wind Turbine Project Leadership Role
Our organization seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead the development of wind turbines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects, with a focus on delivering results safely and efficiently.
* Lead a team of project coordinators and engineers to deliver wind turbine projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and issue escalation services.
* Ensure that all project tasks are properly resourced and prioritized, taking into account any operational or commercial constraints.
* Implement effective project management processes to ensure seamless delivery, monitoring project progress against set milestones and deadlines.
* Cultivate a safety culture throughout the project lifecycle, emphasizing the importance of adherence to health and safety protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
* At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in major infrastructure projects.
* Proven track record of leading teams in similar roles, with a focus on achieving business objectives and driving growth.
* Knowledge of people and project management methods, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
* Commercial acumen and understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes.
