Job Overview
The Scrum Master plays a pivotal role in facilitating teamwork and problem-solving within cross-functional groups.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate critical events like PI Planning, System Demonstrations, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
* Manage the ART calendar to ensure program-level cadence and alignment.
* Foster collaboration and facilitate problem-solving among teams.
* Coach teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on lean-agile principles and methodologies.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning, growth, and improvement.
* Identify, track, and resolve impediments and risks that impact team performance.
* Elevate critical issues to leadership when necessary for timely resolution.
* Optimize the flow of value across the ART by streamlining processes and eliminating bottlenecks.
* Help manage dependencies and architectural runway to ensure project success.
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
Essential skills: JIRA proficiency, Salesforce knowledge highly valued.
