Key Account Specialist Role
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
1. Promote revenue growth and achieve performance objectives by taking full commercial ownership of accounts.
2. Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client needs and business goals.
3. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and guidance to optimize client operations and promotional strategies.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management within the iGaming industry is required.
* Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English is necessary; Spanish fluency is an advantage.
* Native or resident of a LATAM market, such as Brazil, Colombia, or Peru, is preferred.
