* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts.
* This role demands deep expertise in paid advertising, conversion-focused landing pages, performance analytics, SEO, and CRM-integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, manage, and optimize full-funnel digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other channels.
* Implement email campaigns, retargeting, and automated workflows in ActiveCampaign to nurture leads.
* Create website content such as landing pages and product listings while supporting keyword research and SEO enhancements.
* Manage and utilize BTSQ's image library for polished, on-brand visuals.
* Support special projects such as trade shows, partnership promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a mix of creative and performance-based work.
* Demonstrated success managing digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn platforms.
* Proficiency in WordPress and landing page builders (e.g., Elementor or similar).
* Solid understanding of SEO tools, SEO best practices, and analytics and tracking tools.
* Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.), as well as email marketing and marketing automation.
