SAP Technical Cutover Manager Role

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Technical Cutover Manager to lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with K-C leadership and PMO to guide the project team through successful localization and deployment of SAP S/4HANA in the RISE private cloud on MS Azure.
* Lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project lifecycle, including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and completion of technical activities to localize SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements.
* Collaborate with K-C leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* A strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
Preferred Skills:
The ideal candidate will have experience with prior projects that involved successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA, as well as familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
