Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting activities. This includes making phone calls, sending emails, and engaging with potential customers on social media platforms like LinkedIn.
You will also be responsible for analyzing website traffic and other data sources to identify potential leads and improve lead quality.
To be successful in this role, you should have strong research skills and be able to understand the needs and pain points of our target markets and industries.
You will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless lead conversion and provide regular updates on sales and marketing data to inform future strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound prospecting activities using various channels
* Analyze website traffic and other data sources to identify potential leads
* Research target markets, industries, and competitors to understand customer needs and pain points
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead conversion
* Provide regular updates on sales and marketing data
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in an SDR or similar role
* Familiarity with B2B software sales processes and marketing strategies
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Team player with the ability to collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Experience using CRM tools and marketing automation software is a plus
