Job Description
Niit seeks a skilled professional to support its customers in Frankfurt, Germany. This key role involves analyzing training needs and coordinating session delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, with a high-level understanding of the training landscape. Key responsibilities include determining the number of sessions needed to train trainees, initiating and managing requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation.
This individual will work closely with the customer's learning delivery team, ensuring adherence to workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
