Overview of the role:
The Data Analyst - Growth Marketing position focuses on building dashboards, predictive models, and insights to improve revenue generated from ABM and lead reactivation efforts. This role involves turning marketing data into clear insights that drive expansion by analyzing campaigns, building reports, and recommending actions to improve performance while combining hands-on data work (SQL, Python, analytics) with clear communication to non-technical teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Building and optimizing Tableau dashboards for decision making - creating prescriptive insights beyond simple data visualization.
- Conducting statistical analysis to infer insights for decision-making through predictive models, causal models, and other analytical techniques.
- Designing and evaluating experiments to ensure decisions are properly backed by statistics.
- Building alert systems to identify and react to potential performance problems (input-process-output) early on in automated and smart ways.
Requirements:
- Data Analysis: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst.
- Marketing Analytics: Proven background in marketing analytics and data interpretation.
- Statistical Knowledge: Strong foundation in Statistics and analytical methodologies.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python programming.
- BI Tools: Hands-on experience with Marketing Analytics and BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms).
- Experimentation: Solid knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and statistical validation.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English.
Additional skills preferred:
- Email Marketing: Experience in email marketing campaigns and optimization.
- ABM Experience: Account Based Marketing (ABM) background and implementation.
