Where you fit in As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of talented Java developers responsible for building and maintaining our client's core gaming platform. You’ll play a critical role in balancing technical delivery with team leadership—mentoring engineers, supporting technical decision-making, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output aligned with our client's business goals.
What they're looking for
Proven experience in a Team Lead or Senior Java Developer role
Strong background in Java (Java 11+), Spring Boot, and related backend technologies
Experience in designing and delivering scalable backend systems in production
Deep understanding of software development best practices and design patterns
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration
Experience with Agile methodologies and leading sprint ceremonies
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus
Prior experience in i Gaming or other high-volume transactional platforms is desirable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
