This is a full-time hybrid position for a Regional Sales Manager based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The role includes both remote work and regular in-office presence as needed.
As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and managing client relationships across the LATAM South Cone region. A key part of this role is leading the regional Sales, Support, and Technical teams, ensuring alignment, motivation, and performance across functions. You will play a critical role in setting priorities, guiding execution, and fostering collaboration between departments.
This is both a strategic and hands-on position that requires strong leadership, an understanding of the energy and geoscience space, and a genuine commitment to client success.

Your Responsibilities
* Lead sales efforts and manage the commercial strategy for the LATAM South Cone region.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
* Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth.
* Lead and support the regional Sales, Support, and Technical teams.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.G., Product, Marketing) to align sales goals and client needs.
* Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
* Monitor performance metrics and contribute to forecasting and reporting.
What You Bring
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
* Previous experience leading teams or cross-functional groups.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proactive and innovative attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
* Solid knowledge of Seismic Interpretation, Geosciences, and the Energy sector.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PipeDrive (or similar CRM tools).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese.
* Bachelor's degree in Geosciences, Petroleum Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.
Nice to Have
* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills — experience supervising cross-functional or commercial teams.
* Prior experience in the oil & gas or energy tech sector is a strong advantage.
