As a Business Technical Service Analyst, you will establish positive relationships with clients to develop and maintain long-term partnerships.
* To understand the client's business objectives and expectations, and to act as a go-to person on all aspects of services and support for assigned relationships.
* Assist in evaluating client business requirements and guiding them to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and presenting them internally and externally.
* Gain knowledge of identifying critical business impact issues from Service Desk.
* Assist with documentation and maintenance of client system environments.
* Ensure that code releases do not negatively impact client operations.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
* Advanced English level for speaking, listening, and writing.
