Business Analyst Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to play a critical role in bridging business needs with technological solutions.
As a Business Analyst, you will analyze and interpret business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions are aligned with company objectives.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, creating detailed functional specifications for the development team. Develop wireframes and mockups to visualize proposed solutions.
* Collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions that meet business needs. Develop and execute test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
* Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects. Assist in managing project budgets and ensure the use of resources in a cost-effective manner.
* Create comprehensive user documentation and training materials. Provide ongoing technical support for implemented solutions.
Key Qualifications:
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a business or functional analyst in an IT environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio, Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Asana, SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, SDLC methodologies, ERP systems, and CRM systems.
